  • Segue (5 minutes) We begin with a brief personal and professional check-in. Share your wins from the past week and what's on your mind. This helps you transition from job sites and daily chaos into focused strategic thinking about your marketing.

  • Scorecard Review (5 minutes) Review your key marketing metrics tracked week-over-week: lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement. We identify trends quickly—what's working and what needs attention. Numbers don't lie, and this accountability keeps your marketing on track.

  • Rock Review (5 minutes) Rocks are your 90-day priorities.
