Active Engagement Term
The guarantee applies to businesses enrolled in a minimum 6-month EAP Sales Coaching engagement. Short-term workshops are not covered under the GP guarantee.
Full Team Participation
Sales team members must attend scheduled coaching sessions, complete assigned field exercises, and engage with the CAST+BUILD framework throughout the program.
Open-Book Financial Access
EAP requires access to relevant gross profit data — by job or by period — to establish baselines and verify outcomes. No black boxes on either side.
CRM & Process Adoption
Clients must implement EAP-recommended CRM and sales process changes. Results depend on consistent use of the systems we build together, not coaching alone.
Leadership Accountability
Sales leadership must participate in monthly strategy sessions and enforce the accountability structures EAP establishes with the team. Coaching without enforcement doesn't compound.
Documented Baseline Agreement
Gross profit baseline and 7× target are documented and countersigned at engagement kickoff. Post-hoc disputes about the starting point aren't possible — we agree on the tape measure first.
