Meet the Founder: Keith Knutter

I founded Equity Acceleration Partners because I saw too many talented contractors running excellent trades operations but struggling to build a business that grows equity, reduces their personal dependency, and runs profitably in any market.

I bring 22+ years of C-level leadership experience across technology, management consulting, and business coaching — and I've spent the last several years working exclusively inside the contracting industry.

Before founding EAP, I served as Chief Operating Officer and EOS Integrator at a sales-specific coaching company, where I had direct oversight of more than 300 active coaching engagements with CEOs and senior executives in the contracting sector.

I know what separates the businesses that scale from the ones that stall — because I've worked inside both.

My broader background includes:

  • Full P&L responsibility across $100M+ organizations in technology, professional services, and digital marketing/content media

  • Negotiating over $120M in consulting contracts and leading a team of 110 professionals in a $1 Billion management consulting firm.

  • Successful exits of two companies

  • Designing and launching new revenue streams achieving >80% gross margins, and implementing AI-powered tools that cut operational costs by over 60%

  • MS in Business Analytics — with additional certifications in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

What I bring to every coaching engagement is field-level understanding of how contracting businesses actually operate — the good, the frustrating, and the profitable. I'm not a generic business consultant. This is the only industry I serve, and I've built EAP's entire coaching framework around it.
